If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, simply send us a refund request email within 24 hours of the purchase. 

Kindly Note: Our products are video courses that are in digital form and are fully available to you immediately after the activation of the package, and you can watch all the courses' videos immediately in the members' area, so to avoid misuse of our refund option, 10% of the total package amount will be deducted in case of refund, and the balance amount after deduction of 10% of the total package amount will be refunded back to you. 

No refund or cancellation request will be entertained after 24 hours of the purchase under any circumstances.

Refund Process:

• Kindly send the refund request email to [email protected] from the registered email address only.
• Make sure to write the word “Refund” in the subject line.
• After your Refund is processed, you will get a confirmation email at your registered email address.
• Once the refund is processed, the amount will be credited to the source bank account or payment method within 7 days.
