Affiliate Policy -Terms & Conditions

Section 1: Affiliate Commission/Earnings

Affiliates get a commission when someone activates/purchases a package using the referral code of that particular affiliate.

Section 2: No Discount Is Allowed Whatsoever

No affiliate is allowed to offer any discount, in any kind or form, on the package prices listed by the company. Any discount offered by an affiliate would be considered a violation of our terms of service and the affiliate responsible for this will be terminated/ blocked with immediate effect with no refund and no right to appeal.

Section 3: Income Disclaimer

As with any business, your results are entirely dependent on your individual capacity, efforts, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, strategies, courses, or training materials.  The use of our information, products, and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that the company is not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products, and services reviewed or advertised on this website.

The affiliates are mandatorily required to mention the income disclaimer clearly with all the promotional advertisements, videos, pages, and sites while promoting our packages or suggesting our affiliate program to the customers. Failing to comply with this mandatory requirement will result in action being taken by ReadyToEarn based on the severity of the situation. The affiliates themselves are responsible for all the promotional activities they conduct. ReadyToEarn does not take any responsibility for any damage or loss due to any promotional activities conducted by any of our affiliates.

Section 4: Tax Liabilities

The ReadyToEarn affiliates themselves are responsible for all the applicable taxes or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency on the commissions earned from ReadyToEarn. In the event ReadyToEarn affiliate fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations, ReadyToEarn shall not be responsible for any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from ReadyToEarn affiliates' failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

Section 5: Promote Only Updated/ Latest Content

The affiliates are mandatorily required to provide only correct and verified content/information while promoting the ReadyToEarn platform. Features etc. can either be removed or altered without notice, so it is the affiliate’s responsibility to check the updates before conducting any promotions and inform the correct and verified information to potential customers/ affiliates.

Section 6: Promising Gains/Profits Are Not Allowed

The affiliates must not promote the ReadyToEarn affiliate opportunity in a manner that indicates or promises a luxurious lifestyle as a result of being a part of this program. For instance, content with expensive cars, locations, housing, or excessive amounts of money which may be used to persuade the user into signing up is prohibited unless you put a disclaimer stating that these gains were completely unique to you and are not promised or guaranteed to users of the Platform.

Section 7: Internal Poaching Is Not Allowed

The affiliates must not approach any user/affiliate, who is already under another affiliate, and try to convince them to join their team by creating another account. It is strictly forbidden.

Section 8: Use of  Brand Name/ Domain Name

It is prohibited to use any brand name in your business that is identical to or similar to any of our brand names or domain name, or derivative thereof, in a manner that is likely to cause deception or confusion, whether during or after the Term, in any video or site created that is promoting the platform and the tools/features it presents.

Section 9: Transfer of sponsor/ leads/ downline/ upline

Transfer of sponsor/ leads/ downline/ upline is not allowed whatsoever.

Section 10: No Negative Content For Promotion 

The affiliate must not use negative content to promote products or services sold by the company. This includes, but is not limited to the use of comments, advertisement products, or services by the company as a “scam”, “fraud”, “false”, “fake”, “sucks”, or any other synonyms or phrases that convey the same meaning. We understand that marketing with these types of tactics can generate some leads for an affiliate, but it can also compromise/ hamper the company’s brand/ reputation.

Section 11: Solicit Leads From Other Networks/Teams

Affiliates are not allowed to solicit leads from other networks/ teams or even send invitations to other affiliates by placing their links in another affiliate’s posts, or making live comments during webinars, videos, or any other form of promotion from another affiliate. Improper use of any material or videos of others without proper authorization or any other practice established as a “Lack of Ethics” known in the Digital Market is also prohibited.

Section 12: Spamming Is Prohibited.
 

We characterize SPAM as intrusive, repetitive, and promotional messages sent without the consent or request of the recipient by any means of communication. It is also considered Spam to place your ads or product links in the posts, videos, or ads of others.

Section 13: No Misleading in Promotional Activities

The affiliate that creates a website/webpage/blog/youtube channel etc. to promote ReadyToEarn must clearly mention that the website/webpage/blog/youtube channel belongs to an affiliate of ReadyToEarn and not the company itself. Any gimmicks that mislead the users may result in the termination of the responsible affiliate. Contact information must be of the affiliate and not of ReadyToEarn.

Section 14: Updated With ReadyToEarn’s Terms of Service

The affiliates must periodically check ReadyToEarn’s Terms of Service to avoid any miscommunication with the potential customer/affiliate. The affiliates themselves will be responsible for all the miscommunication/misunderstanding with the potential customer/affiliate.
