Refund/ Cancellation Policy

A customer can request a cancellation/ refund only within 24 hours of the purchase.

No refund/ cancellation request will be entertained after 24 Hours of the purchase under any circumstances.

A payment gateway fee of 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The Refund request email must be sent to within 24 hours of the purchase.

Refund Process:

The below process must be followed to get the refund:

  • Please send an email asking for a refund to
  • Kindly send the email from the registered email address only.
  • Make sure to write the word “Refund” in the Subject Line.
  • The refund request email must be sent within 24 hours of the purchase, if not, the refund request cannot be processed whatsoever.
  • After receiving your email, it will take up to 3 working days to process your refund. So kindly wait for 3 working days to get the response.
  • Please do not send multiple emails, the system may spam your email address and block it.
  • After your Refund is processed, you will get the confirmation email at your registered email id.
  • Once the Refund is processed, It will take up to 7 working days for the amount to get credited to the Source Bank Account/ payment method.
  • The refund amount will only be credited to the same Bank Account / Card / Wallet from which you made the payment.
